Which package is right for me?
Essential is great if you want a quick concept for one room. Studio is our most popular — it gives you two views and a full design board, which is enough for most projects. Premium is the right choice for larger spaces, full exteriors, or when you need contractor-ready documentation.
Do I need professional photos?
Not at all. Phone photos work perfectly — just make sure the room is reasonably lit and we can see the main walls, floor, and fixtures. We work with real homes, not staged showrooms.
How realistic are the visualizations?
Very. We use AI-assisted design tools trained on real interior and exterior photography. What you see is a realistic interpretation of your actual space — same layout, same bones, transformed look.
When do I pay?
Payment is collected when you submit your project intake form. We'll confirm your project details within a few hours and send your photo upload link. Delivery starts once we receive your photos.
Can I use the concept with my contractor?
Absolutely — that's one of the most common uses. Clients share their visualizations during contractor meetings to communicate exactly what they want, leading to more accurate bids and fewer miscommunications. Premium includes a contractor-ready summary sheet designed for this purpose.
What if I want changes after I receive the concept?
Studio and Premium packages include revision rounds built in. Essential clients can add a revision for $35. We want you to love the result.
Do you work with realtors and investors?

What's your refund policy?
If we haven't started work on your project yet, we'll issue a full refund. Once work has begun, we'll do everything possible to make it right — including revisions beyond your package if needed. Your satisfaction is the goal.
